Scottsdale, Arizona. – Two massive crowds in Tucson, Arizona gathered for a weekend of mass destruction at the Tucson Convention Center this past Friday and Saturday presented by Earl Scheib. AMP TOUR Monster Truck Thunderslam had several highlights including a huge freestyle made by Rodney Tweety in Bearfoot on Friday night, but the 5 Freestyle Motocross riders almost stole the show with some insane high-flying air that nearly sent them over the jumbotron in Tucson.

While the AMP TOUR was knocking down Arizona, The Del Taco Monster Truck Thunderslam was invading Bakersfield, California, with a sold out crowd the monsters brought down the house with mind shattering car crushing mayhem with air-to-air combat battles by AMP TOUR FMX riders. Thanks Bakersfield, cya in 2008!

St. Joseph, Missouri was the next stop on the AMP TOUR roster for the weekend, and did the Midwest folks love it! Bigfoot returned to competition in St. Louis, as did other monster truck teams. It was all Don King on Friday night though when he brought home the racing win, and Jim Jack dominating in Reptoid on Saturday evening. Who will it be in 2008?

Ventura Harley-Davidson sponsored the AMP TOUR Monster Truck Thunderslam in Ventura, California, and did the sound of power ignite the fans! Brad Campbell in Monster Moose rocked the weekend, even with a husband wife vs. husband wife competition going down between Jeb and Cathy in two monster trucks. Their martial experience didn’t play up for the driving experience the Campbell family had as they took the competition both nights.
